What should I bring to his house for dinner?

I'm going to a guys house for dinner (he's cooking) and a movie. I want to bring something like dessert to contribute. Suggestions?

He also said I could pick the movie... suggestions?

That's completely up to you. Try to bring a dessert that you'll both enjoy. Preferably one that wasn't like a cake or something of that nature so it's easy to bring, of course. Perhaps, you should've added your intended genre so that we could further aid with suggestions.

Bring a toothbrush and a change of clothes. And bring a bottle of wine--that's always a nice touch. Match it to what he's cooking for dinner.
