What could it mean if my therapist twirls her hair sometimes, I noticed she did it a few days ago when we were talking?

My boss does this around me as well; but she is a married woman. And I doubt that she is interested in me. I'm pretty sure she does it out of boredom/fidgetiness.

That's literally just fidgeting. Nothing out of the ordinary, often has no meaning. Just a subconscious action.

Nothing people do things like that without thinking, it just a way to occupy the body when the mind is elsewhere.
