Why do girls always pick the wrong guy?

It seems to me like girls always seem to choose the wrong guy for them

They go on and on about how all guys suck, when one douchebag screws them over

Yet, there's 5 other not so bad dudes, showing her attention

I've taken different approaches in my life to going after girls, and everytime I leave a girl to herself and take away the attention I give her, they always come running back

I'm just curious why girls think in this way, and why they always go after the drugdealer or some terrrible person, and then screw all the other guys over

Not 100% sure, but seems to me most girls for some reason just like abuse. I don't know why. But I've seen the pattern. Sisters. My ex. Girls I know. Girls I've heard of. Abuse in some form or another, for some reason is just irresistible to them. I highly think they are much more guilty of enabling bad men too because they are the gatekeepers of who gets to multiply. Look into the story of Hitler's childhood. I see no coincidence that he ended up as he did after having an abusive father die early and a family of women that allowed him to do as he please/get really spoiled. The women that helped raise him were themselves kind apparently. But the question is, why did his kind mother end up with his abusive father? This kind of thing has happened for years and hasn't stopped in today's age.

All this being said, I can only advise you, as a fellow man, to walk away. Be yourself. Get a decent career, wealth, passion, etc. And if a woman wants to join and help out, consider it. But if not, time to say oh well and that it's their loss, not yours. Often, women like a guy who does what I am suggesting but the problem is, they more often than not go for that kind of guy too late. So that guy may not multiply, but he'll die in prosperity and his own happiness. And what's life if it's not lived for the best it can be made for?

I’ve had only one experience with this personally. I fell for the wrong guy because he was actually nice to me. He was caring, sweet, patient, etc. He changed after a while though. Cheated on me multiple times (I knew about the first time and forgave him. He told me about the other times when I broke up with him), didn’t talk to me as much (messaging or phone calls), got unnecessarily jealous over things, flirting with my ex-best friend, and sleeping with his ex. That was the most bizarre thing, because he said he was a virgin and wanted me to be his first throughout the relationship. Dumped him after that. A year or so later, a guy friend I was close with said he actually liked me the whole time and wish he was with me instead, while giving me no clues whatsoever the whole time.

A lot of people think “bad guys” are just automatically douches when they meet a girl. That’s not the case a lot of the time.

Because a lot of guys will pretend to be nice and then their true colors show later. Like this guy I met in Uni, he was a computer... fanatic? He was nice at first. Funny, people liked him in his feild, etc. He had a thing for me, but, I'm not looking for anything. He later got possessive, stalkerish and harrassed me.

Also, she might be waiting for you to make the first move, like most girls do.

Why girls fall for the obvious assholes, I can't answer that. But i can say that a what you might see as a "nice guy" isn't a nice guy. They are just under radar jerks. They like to hide their doucheness, so they can lie to others and themselves, thinking that it isn't their fault.

Written about that before. People don't get it. You can't define an asshole as a asshole and nice guys also as assholes. That literally translates to all guys all assholes, which isn't true. But every-time I point this out, everyone just gets triggered and assumes Im one of those guys when actually girls talk to me just fine because I don't talk to them unless necessary.

All I'm saying, is people shouldn't judge anyone on how they look. I know plenty of hard looking men, who are softies and have met "nice" looking guys, who are assholes.

People like to say, "who why is she with a hiker, they've assholes" "why is she with that guy he is an asshole (he might have tattoos, a rough exterior, etc) but they aren't actual mean guys. a lot of these guys are family members of mine and they are sweethearts.

Until you meet the person, I dont see how anyone can say a girl deserved to get hurt by a man because of the way he MIGHT seem. And saying your a good person, doesn't make you a good person, I'll make that call myself. Which is why I hate when people say it. Prove your a nice guy, dont declare it because you opened a door for me that one time and you can be nice to get my interest, than turn around and be a jerk

Agreed mostly. Bur girls just have to be careful who they give attention to. Because unfortunately, especially when guys are younger, they are actively observing what kind of guys get female attention. One or two guys that ended up tricking in how they turned out is understandable. But when you have 10 guys over time that all ended up being complete assholes despite appearance, then yes, the girl gets the blame. Because by that time too, multiple guys learn from this and decide to become nastier, meaner, more shallow, more fake because it seems to work.

Yeah, but look at the girls getting with the men. They usually aren't prizes themselves. And if they are looking that deeply into its then they really shouldn't be looking to date anyone. There are a lot of decent guys getting girls, so that's not really an excuse

Fact is, I flat out disagree that many decent guys get girls. This isn't all cases. But in many where decent guys get girls, it's either because A) She had her fun in early years and wants to finally settle because looks faded. or B) She sees him as temporary/cheats on him.

Don't get me wrong, there are decent couples out there that I can see as good , loving, and true. But there are only so many. And while yes, there are many men out there that are complete idiots when it comes to women, there are quite a few decent ones that truly want a woman to love, not use as a servant or sex doll. But they more often than not get left behind or screwed over.
And, unlike most women who are also really decent too, they don't even have a chance to put looks into use because genetics. Girls, if they haven't dated before, usually get at least some male attention. Period. Males don't get it automatically. They have to work for it and many find that all that effort ends up wasted still. So, they walk away, find success, and live on, with a girl by them or not.

This can be said for anyone tho. there's a lot of girls who arw good and dont get attention. Just for the same reason men do, they might not fit standards of beauty, are shy, etc. And that's not true at all with male attention. there's are always those who say hi even with women to men. Most people are just nice people and will do basic hellos.

This literally all sounds like excuses. a lot of the time, a girl isn't looking for a guy, so she goes away. That's the thing. Its jot that it's the guy themselves, girls generally just aren't looking for a guy.

I don't know if the whole standard of beauty things actually exists outside of the media and when girls say it does. Whether admitted or not, the usual basic standard of beauty of girls in a MAN's mind is an average body and straight long hair. The face, clothing etc. usually are ok by default. The feminine hairstyle sometimes can make up for a bigger body, while a decent body would attract guys even to a bald girl. Trust me. Guys aren't that picky. That's BS pushed on girls often so they buy more things. In fact, you want to know what many guys ACTUALLY think? "I don't really care what the girl is like. If she is fuckable, I'll fuck her" THAT is what many guys think. They don't set the beauty standard. If girls pressure themselves to it, that is on them 100%. Nobody is forcing it. Girls often don't realize they are born with at least the possibility/capability to get attention/friend/etc. by looks. Guys aren't born with that chance. It's tilted in the woman's favor to many degrees when it comes to relationships.

But, I respect that we each have our opinions. I wish you luck with the pandemic as well and I will continue forward to find success and fulfillment and if a girl comes along, great! If not? Oh well.

Im gonna be honest. A lot of guys pretend to be nice. I've NEVER purposely chosen a douche. Most of my guys were good men but super indecisive which i hate. But i have been in a lot of love triangles and i did often make the wrong choice because a lot of people are good at pretending for a while
