Why do girls text you then all of a sudden stop texting? feel like I wasted my time what should I do?

So there this girl I met on tinder we talk on tinder for two days she left me her number we been talking for like two or 3 weeks then one day we where texting while she was at work she was having a bad day she finally got off work and text me she want to have some fun and vibe I had text back responding to another text she had sent saying hopefully the rest of your day is better then she text back I guess I thought you was going be like come hangout with me and I text her I live with my mom we both live with are mom and I have told her this before so I suggested we go to hotel one day and she’s like I’m kool with that so we text little bit and I didn’t hear from her for the rest of the night the next day I’m like you left me hanging last night she reply I really wanted to see you yesterday and I don’t want to have a texting relationship I reply we are not going have a relationship like that. That was Sunday so Monday I text and ask did she want to hangout Thursday at a hotel no response so we FaceTime then Tuesday/Wednesday we text a little bit both times she just stop texting then she hit me up Saturday like had to replace my phone just texting you didn’t want you to think I was doing you wrong so we text a little then she stop texting then I didn’t hear nothing from her all week so I hit her up like what’s up haven’t heard from you she like her brother just got out of jail he did 5yrs and so she was busy so we text a little then she stop texting. i haven’t heard anything from her all week I’m thinking about hitting her up Saturday. I don’t want to come off needy tried waiting all week for a response. I don't know how to go about this situation if we where not quarantine I would of been took her out and honestly I don’t really know how this dating thing go I’m kind of confuse I feel like I’m wasting my time.

That’s the thing I wasn’t trying to be cringe I explain my situation before to her about me living with my mom I thought she would have remember what I had said and when she mention hanging out that day I had suggested the park so we could see each other but she was like she been standing all day and just wanted to cuddle I didn’t know how to respond because I didn’t think she would ask something like that since I told her about my situation already so that’s when I mention the hotel and she said she was kool with it I wasn’t trying to be cringe but I can see why you said that I’m going take your advice and check his YouTube channel
