Guys, are you automatically nicer to pretty girls?

Question

Not like you treat the ugly girl horrible (well unless you really do that), but do you treat pretty girls a little more special than ugly girls? BE HONEST

Goodness, I wish I could remember where I saw this. But it was on TV once.. they did a little experiment. The reporter walked around in a fat suit for a full day. Walking into stores, interacting with employees, and just random other people. People treated her like absolute crap while she was in this fat suit, with the whole "fat" makeup sha-bang and everything.

The next day, she went out as normal all made up and stuff, and the same people reacted to her in a completely different manner, and not snubbing her off as they did the day before.

People in general treat "attractive" people in a nicer way according to their little experiment.

guys in general are nicer to pretty women. they might do it subconsciously? they want to impress, gain favor and win the approval of pretty women so they are extra nice to them compared to girls they aren't attracted to.  I always say, you can tell a guy's true colors the way he treats women he isn't attracted to. I never date guys who are mean or dismissive to ugly girls because that's a sign he's a shallow person. go with guys who treat ugly girls with respect. they don't have to flirt but treat them like they're humans too

I was actually wondering the same thing... I would hope not. But, I had a situation where a guy I didn't even know opened the door for me because he was standing by it when I passed. I would hope that he did that because he's a nice guy rather than me sticking out to him as being pretty or ugly (but I don't mind if he finds me pretty, too :)).

I used to be, now I really don't like seeing a pretty girl get her way just because of how she looks so I'll treat her like I would anybody else. I especially get annoyed by the ones who seem spoiled and used to using their looks to get what they want.

"Grow up little girl" is how I feel about them :)

Honestly, yes. But the same goes for nice girls... I'm nicer to them too. Tend to tip pretty/ nice waitresses more too.

Nah I act pretty much the same to everyone although if I am crushing on a person I tend to act like an idiot not intentionally though lol

I have a strong sense of chivalry, but at the same time with equality. If the girl is being rude or stuck up, I wouldn't bother.
