Why do girls laugh when they see really serious, brutal nut-shots, where the guy might be permanently damaged, even when the guy is their friend?

I've seen some of these videos, or reaction videos to it, and if there is a girl present, she often breaks out into hysterical laughter - same goes for girls reacting to the video.
Guys might laugh too, but it's more like a nervous "holy fucking shit" laughter, while the girls just enjoy the fact that a male's male parts got brutalized, and that he's in male pain and humiliation.

I've seen videos where a girl watches their male "friend", and lands with his entire body weight and high speed on a metal railing or the edge of a pool, and crushes his balls between it and his body, and the girl who watches just finds it hysterical, before even knowing he's fine.

Why? What the fuck? And what is wrong with girls who are amused by the idea of a guy's testicles being destroyed or cut off?
How is that better than if a guy enjoyed the idea of a girl getting fucked with a knife?

They laugh because of the contrast of the big strong man being brought down by something so seemingly weak. They don't know the pain (or the nausea, or the trouble breathing, or any of the other "lovely" side effects) and so assume he's just being wimpy. It may not reflect well on them, but they usually move past it to be more empathetic later on.

A lot of people find fails or people getting hurt to be funny. I never understood it but I have laughed when there's a short and overall harmless impact to the area. It's mostly only when I find the guy attractive cause I guess it's a sign of manhood and sensitivity that we don't normally see. The sounds can be sexy too. But I'd rather hear the sounds coming from a more positive and intimate interaction iykwim.

Personally, I laugh when a guy gets hit in the nuts for the same reason I see a girl get hit in the vagina or in the boobs. No matter how strong you are, one hit will bring you down (this isn’t as true for boobs, but believe me, it’s not “male” pain. A vagina hit brings the same sensation as a ballshot). Hell, I had to take a vagina kick from my twig-thin 4’11 friend. Im 5’8. Of course, my friends, many of whom were male, needed to see the spectacle. One of them even recorded it. I don’t recall much after she kicked me, but I do remember seeing stars, feeling blinding pain and dizziness, collapsing, and vomiting way more than any human should be capable of. The pain was so bad that I passed out. The oh so compassionate males of the group were laughing just as much as the girls. Hell, when my friend showed me the video, I laughed too, because it was just objectively funny. I’m a 5’8, muscular (for a girl) hockey player who was brought down so easily by a midget who looks genuinely malnourished. I saw myself crying and whimpering on the floor in the video, and I swear I was about to piss my pants with laughter. Whenever I see any sort of genital injury, it’s funny to me because it’s a shared HUMAN experience, not a MALE experience. It’s a combination of schadenfreude and “oof, been there.” Sometimes it gives me sympathy nausea, but it’s a reminder not to take ourselves too seriously. We’re all flesh and blood, and nothing resembles that better than crotch shots.
