Why do guys laugh at girls?

I was only walking past him and he was laughing at me, and I don't get why? Also if I stood near him or walked past him he'd laugh. I know me and him haven't been talking but then why laugh at me?

However in your case, he might have an issue with you personally and laugh out of nervousness or just be a creepy, rude asshole.
