I think what you did was completely asked for. Assuming of course you didn't hit too strong. What you have to do is probably to warn that every time from now she does it you will do the same. She has no right to do anything like that constantly.
She can do what she wants, you cannot. If she decides to go to school officials you will be punished and possibly charged with a crime.
If you said no and stop on her hitting your ass, her continuing is sexual harassment. But by slapping her back, you have possible lost the ability the make that call
