If you resort to violence when she hasn't touched you then you will be charged for assault and most likely suspended. I doubt they would sue you but still. Instead of fighting her physically you should find other ways to annoy her without getting physical.

You asking if you can assault someone? That's pretty thuggish. There are other ways of dealing with situations. You can talk to your parents and friends, explain what's going on. You can talk to your teachers. Violence won't solve anything.
