Could my sister really beat me in a mma fight?

Me and my sister watched womans mma on television yesterday and I made a comment about how if men and women could fight each other in mma the girls would never win again haha

My sister got angry and told me actually girls would win everytime in a no rules fight (besides eye poking) and taking away any protective equipment like mouthguards

She challenged me to a fight once my wrist is healed to prove it and says she would beat me 'instantly' without even trying

Why is she so confident? I don't think that having no mouth guard and rules is going to help her I am taller and stronger than her now 😂 does anyone really think she could beat me? Why and if the same conditions was applied to real mma with male vs female then who would win the fights and how explain?

Yes a woman can win. Please stop this outdated thinking grandpa. Women can be as smart and strong as men. Yes a male body is build to be stronger and all, but look around you. Look at the humans that walk on this planet. I don't think that looking at the builds that walk around right now shows any pure strength like how the body is meant to be used.
Yes she could beat you, but it could also be the other way around. It depends how well you do in a fight and how well you can adapt your strategy. I do think she is bit to confident, but she can win

Ball kicking is not an instant win. Early UFCs didn't even ban it.

Well trained women can absolutely beat up poorly trained men.

On average though, it's not close. Even same weight men and women (which isn't the on average - average men are quite a bit bigger), have heavier bones and more muscle mass. Men also have higher pain tolerances (this has been well established with actual research as opposed to sitting around discussing child birth)

Ok, I know exactly what answer you’re looking for but I’m just going to go ahead and tell you that it hurts us too, and you can just as easily incapacitate a woman with a groin kick as you can a man. If you’re post pubescent, odds are, the male always wins. Anyone with half of a brain can see the difference between men and women favors men in fights. Apply the same reasoning to the MMA fights.

Definitely have to agree with you on that one I tried that on my girlfriend's neice and she just kept hitting me in the ball's until I was begging. So not a good idea lol

It comes down to skill and practice. Muscles give you an edge- an equally skilled male vs female fight will usually go the man's way- but that's little more than a tie-breaker. Actual, street-level fights are much more violent and brutal than Hollywood suggests.

with proper training and practice (skill) size has almost no bearing on the outcome of such a battle.

for instance, hit anyone in the throat just right and they all drop. you can't fight if you can't breathe

How did it go? Did you ever fight her? Also to give you a good answer what are both of your heights and weights? What build do you both have. That will make a difference even in a no rules scenario.
