I can only really speak for myself, but no not anymore. I think everyone has their own unique and eye-catching features. I may be a B-cup and not a lot in the boob department, but I have super long legs. I've met so many women who openly tell me they wish they had legs like mine, while I spent my teenage years wishing I had their boobs! Women tend to want what they don't have. Luckily I learnt to just accept myself when I hit my 20s.

And actually, now I am glad I have small boobs. There are many perks to having them (literal perks!). Just because something is bigger doesn't mean its more attractive. I lot of large-breasted women will tell you that although they look great in a bra, they can be really saggy because of the weight without one. So while they have the size, we have the perkiness :) Boobs are also influenced by proportions of your body. I, for example, would look ridiculous with massive boobs on my slim, tall frame. It wouldn't fit. Small boobs come with my whole package. They're cute and they fit me.

So to answer your question, no, I don't get jealous of women with larger boobs. I can still see a woman and admire things about her, but I'm happy enough with my boobs to not want someone else's.

No. It depends on the environment and who they are around besides culture. Many end up that way because men are obsessed with breast size and sex, so many women shame others for lack of it. Not just men. So when they have poor experiences because of it, then that is why they because insecure, jealous, or envious oversize. I never understood it or saw the need to become jealous. I admired it growing up because innocently I thought that is what makes a woman. Now that I have mine, I don't even see the point anymore. Boobs are boobs, who cares.
