Today, yes. I have even learned to tell when guys like me as more than friends.

In the past... I had a classmate literally sitting on my lap asking if I'd like to come over to her place and whether or not I liked her. I still did not get she might have been interested in me.
On the male front, had an innocent bromance go so far that the guy actually got a free-card from his girlfriend about us sleeping together. Turned out he was bi and totally thought there were some vibes. My silly self of course never realized.

Anyway, through many awkward and embarrassing moments I have learned to somewhat accurately tell if someone likes me. A superpower my teenage self sorely lacked.
