My crush is doing this to me at moment. It's driving me crazy like I can't stop thinking about her. But in person she is coming up to me etc. I definitely feel something between us when I see her in person.

Yeah I think that is the case. She doesn't normally not reply. Plus we get along very well at work. She smiles, approaches me, has blushed around me. I've noticed she randomly goes shy with me for no reason. Eventhough she is open with me normally. My mate saw her leaning in towards me when I was talking to her. Apparently we both looked invested in each other
