So I worked one night with one girl I have a crush on and another girl and the other girl came out and asked my age earlier in the evening and from there it took off both of them were teasing me the girl who I sort of like is like your a decade older and the other girl was like I bet you have a bunch of girls in your early 20s and the girl I kind of like was like that was like 7 years ago

She was teasing you. It is just a joke.
You clearly do not have the mindset of someone who is "almost a decade older" because getting so worked up over a JOKE and not just dealing with it is childish.
If you did not like the joke, grow up and tell her.
Otherwise just don't bother trying anything with her at all.

Maybe you should 1s look at yourself and ask yourself: why are you even bothered with it.
Because 9 out of 10 times people get offended by something is because they put a bigger value on it than the person who said it intended.
