I think the little things, little moments of joy. Most recently... watching ants in their little ant world. Joy! Can be as simple as enjoying breathing fresh air walking around the block. Riding bike and seeing some chickens cross the road. Spending time with girlfriend and kids talking, really enjoy that. Just life, little joys.

I also think it's based upon how I value myself. And to me, that is that I make a difference in someones life, in the world, even in a simple way. That brings me joy.

I would guess in the very broadest sense- "happiness", however each person defines that for him/herself- is what keeps everybody going.
Music may be the "happiness" that keep one person going, while cooking creates "happiness" in someone else.

My happiness lies in God, my wife, my family, my 6 grandchildren, and helping others through our church (primarily, but not totally).
