Girls, Why do girls avoid guys they like?

sometimes girls do it if the guy gave the vibe that he isn’t interested and we don’t want to get hurt further. sometimes, especially if the guy knows she likes him, we do it to back off and make him think we’re not as into as he thinks since he hasn’t made a move or anything. most of the times tho if we’re avoiding a guy, it’s simply because he came off too strong or we’re not interested at all

This girl though still laughs at things I say and is willing to help me and is very helpful in things. There is just this slightly awkward vibe between us. We have worked with each other for 3 years and we get along really well. Now suddenly she seems to act a bit odd with me for reason

She just seems nervous or something around me. She acts like I'm not there sometimes. Then I'll just ignore her then she comes up and talks to me later. Or sometimes I'll approach her and start conversation and she is normal towards me again

It's only me she does this too by the way. Like I went to help her the other day and I could see she had a bit of a smile as she saw me approach her and we had a nice little chat. But interaction before that was a bit awkward, it seems to be everytime ww see each other for the first time in a while

I don't know her personally so it’s a little hard to say but i think she’s stopping herself from getting too carried away and exposing herself. she clearly likes you but she feels that you just see her a friend so she’s trying to be casual about her feelings and hoping it goes away

what i would advise you to do is talk to her. let her know what you’ve been noticing and how you feel. that’s honestly the best way. as a girl, ik she probably overthinks a lot of things so just giving hints wouldn’t help

Do you think she likes me? Would that explain why she acts like I'm not there some times? A few weeks ago my mate saw here eyes widen and she smiled the moment she saw me, she said hello and ignored my mate. Then 30min later she smiled and said hello again. My mate also saw her looking at my car in the carpark once too.

i think she does but i also don’t want to give you the wrong info which is why i’m saying it’s best to have a conversation with her. ask her to hang out, watch a movie or get something to eat or something and be honest with her

This lady at my work seems to nervous around me suddenly. She was fine when we first met and we got along so well. It was just friendly chatting, now she is nervous around me and only me. I know nothing has been said or done by me to creep her out.
