I feel its like wearing a bikini, and see nothing wrong with it.

I have 2 girls a bit younger than you. We’re not nudists or anything crazy. But the girls seem to prefer less clothes around the house. Not a big deal. In think they’re comfortable in their own skin. They’re cute and in great shape from sports. It’s great to be comfy!

I don’t know about “just like bikini’s”. I mean panties are made from WAY thinner material than that in bikinis. Also bikinis are LINED! Just the lining in most of my bikinis is at least AS thick as most of my panties! And lastly, I don’t wear thongs on the beach, but I DO wear thong panties. But even if you wear regular “bikini” style panties, the material is so thin you can easily see through it. But even if not, the shape and outline of your vulva is very easily discernible with panties as opposed to with a bikini. Even if you can get past all of that… it is STILL underwear! It’s just not appropriate to be hanging out in nothing but your underwear in front of you parents! I mean I sleep in an oversized T-shirt and panties, and there have been occasions when I was perhaps getting something to drink in the middle of the night, and my dad came down to investigate the noise, but I was still MOSTLY covered with the T-shirt, he couldn’t see anything, without overtly trying, anyway! I’m just saying, there is a huge difference between undies and a bikini!

You had some really good questions and I was honestly disappointed I could not answer them. For this question I would say no because what happens if you are watching TV and out of nowhere visitors arrive. As for the thong question, you should wear them once you are 18 because they get in the way for P. E. And I do not know about the rest of you but they honestly were giving me a wedgie all day long which was super uncomfortable. And as for the shaving of the privates I would say what ever you prefer but for guys it does get uncomfortably itchy.

My daughter is 7, but when she does get older, the sports bra/underwear wouldn't bother me. But dads are different. They still look at you as their little girl and worry that there are peeping toms that can see through the windows. Then they would have to murder someone and end up in jail.

I only have sons, so I can’t completely weigh in on this. Though I do think there is something more intimate about a bra and underwear than a bikini. I would recommend adding shorts and a tshirt around mom and dad.

Well I’m not married I do have a daughter and I’m single so we live alone. She does wear them around but I wouldn’t allow her to do that around a guy I knew. I figure she does it around her dad maybe but that would be his business.

I admit that it sometimes feels weird wearing a two-piece around my dad. I love being in great shape and wear out the carpet in front of my posing mirror when my body is really tight, but I also see the look on his face when I wear a bikini in front of him, like it makes him really uncomfortable to see his little girl in half-coverage bottoms. I can understand, too, because I wouldn't want to see a son of mine walking around in a speedo.

Yes we do. They seem to prefer to wear less around the house not a big deal were not nudists or anything though we live in a warm climate. Our sons wear boxers or briefs we all are guilty of walking naked from our bath or shower to our bedrooms though. They feel good about their bodies and we raised them to be that way and not make fun of anyone its great to be comfy. They all are cute play sports anf have great bodies

My sister and mom live together they are having something done to there house and they can't be there for a week my sister staying at her boyfriend's so my mom stayed at my house is morning when I get up to have coffee I'm still in my underwear and a t-shirt I completely forgot she was even here so like you said it's just like wearing a pair of shorts doesn't matter to me

Every family has their own dynamic. We rarely close doors and so seeing someone in their underwear or even nude is not a big deal.

My daughter doesn't walk around in her underwear but she could and none of the fam would care.

My Husband, myself and my sons do go around the house in their underwear.
