Girls, How do women find men attractive?

I don't understand why women find a lot less men attractive than men find women. You can see it in friendships, where it seems to me that most men find their female friends attractive and would have sex with them, while women are even totally oblivious that their male friends are men, not even speaking about finding them attractive. Also, women usually say that they very, very rarely see someone who they find attractive, and men almost always do. Is that a lie? How women don't even notice most men in public?

So it makes me even more confused that women speak they think about sex as often as men. How, when they don't find attractive almost anyone?

Also, why do they find these very small details attractive, like eyelashes or when men concentrate on work?

And please, don't answer these questions just like - because men are this and that. I want to see what's going on inside female head, even if sometimes sight must be really frightening.

I've always been told that men are "visual creatures" and so most of their attention is focused on the appearance. I personally could not find a man attractive if I knew he was a bad person or if there was something off about him. Certain traits like arrogance is a total turn off for me and even if he looked out of this world. If I see a man who's polite with manners but can also be a little playful and cheeky with me without being arrogant, rude or cocky then he's a million times sexier in my eyes.

Women are attracted to things that are not visual, like aura, humor, intelligence, charisma, etc etc.

Which is why average-looking men with those things are more attractive to women than good-looking airheads.

Women are more emotionally invested. While men are more visual. It’s natural for men to want to have sex more openly than women. Since the caveman days. For obvious reasons like the risk of pregnancy and such. So it’s in our dna to be more likely to be interested in one guy and have a connection beyond looks. Girls are more picky than guys

Stability; meaning mentally stable. Emotionally available. Sense of style, personality, looks, ambition, morale code, mannerisms, etiquette etc so many different strokes for so many different folks.
