Both. When we find someone attractive physically, we are either too shy to say so or we are just not social. You could also feel envious and jealous in which you will not compliment the person. I think she really likes your style and is being nice and if she compliments your looks a lot of times then maybe she is sending you a signal I don't know. That is my opinion though.

You can't say about thoughts of women. They sometimes tell lies to attract you. Its their way of making men go crazy over her and then enjoy the attention. Sometimes they really appreciate your style. Instead of believing someone else's view, accept yourself who you are. Do you find yourself attractive, handsome? Do you like your own style?
