I don't really know about the majority of guys, but I'm guessing if the farm boys in your area are anything like the ones in mine, they don't mind a girl who isn't dressed to the nines since he's going to take you to a field party anyway. I'm a country girl to the bone and while I don't mind getting dressed up occassionally, I usually end up with my shoes kicked off and my hair tossed up in a ponytail anyway. Last formal thing I went to, my date didn't seem to mind me barefoot and bundled into his hoodie over my dress since it was chilly and the bugs were biting.
It's all about finding the people you can be yourself with. Some guys aren't going to be into a country chick, they'd rather have girlie or LA chique, but some are going to like it just fine. My best advice- forget about the ones who tell you you're uncouth, unfeminine or unladylike they're not the right guys for you anyway.
Think of it this way- some guys like to take as much time with their appearance as a lot of girls do, they wear nice clothes most of the time and take pride in their appearance. Some guys, like the ones I tend to spend time with, feel that jeans, t-shirts, and boots are appropriate for almost any situation (except weddings and funerals). Some girls like the first type, I prefer the second. Guys don't like all one type of girl anymore than we girls like just one type of guy.

honestly combined, ima country boy as y can tell and I don't want a girl who can kick my ass or a "Helga" I want a girl who dresses and acts like a girl but doesn't mind getting down and dirty in the mud, or helpin round the farm. My ideal girl wears a cowgirl hat, pink T shirt, short shorts. nice shiny belt and a pair of them O so sexy cowgirl boots. Litle Ditsy is OK too. kinda like a Daisy Dooks. MMM MM M MMM. cute as a button. PS 9 times outta 10 a guy likes long hair on girls too. don't know why I said that but its true. and if you feel your girlie enough but can take on the world then don't let anyone try to change you. you are who you say you are and I'm proud of you girl!
First off, I can't stand chicks that say "Y'all," it is really a turnoff. And I am prefer women that are girlie over women that are, well tomboyish. Having someone TO protect is part of the reason I want a relationship, it makes you feel like less of a man if you ask me.

I would rather a country girl because I'm from arkansas and the princy girl just doesn't turn me on like girls that are scared to get dirty (turnoff) so yea I would prefer a country girl p.s. city girls the dirt will wash off I promise
Girlie-girls, and I think most men will agree. Though I can't speak for all of us.
They bring up those protective feelings, make us feel more manly. Sorry...i I like a country girl that knows how to work and take care of herself. farm girls in tight pants are always hot :) but would also like them to have a few dresses or skirts.
Well, a country chick would be preferable to a prissy girly-girl, but a regular girly-girl would be preferable to a country chick,
Between a prissy girly-girl and a country chick? Neither. I like average girls that are feminine but not afraid to break a nail sometimes.
If country chick means never dressing attractively and burping in front of me, then the former.
I prefer my women to be feminine, so I guess girly-girl. How about a girly-girl country girl? Like Taylor Swift?
Prissy girlie girl. I don't want either but I would like the former a lot better than a country girl.
I am totally into girls with a country accent.
the country girl please...
