Trending & News You obviously feel threatened by their accusation/criticism. Let them know you want to become aware of your patterns, so you can improve. To do so, though, you need to know their observations rather than their interpretations. In other words, identify the behavior they are seeing rather than the label they put on it. Maybe your actions show you always want your way and tend to minimize others. Maybe you are more focused on being heard than hearing others. Maybe you speak or act before considering how those words or actions might impact others. Maybe you hide behind a facade of strength or superiority in an attempt to hide feelings of inadequacy or insecurities.
Denying what they say is just showing you don't care about their thoughts and feelings, which just reinforces their belief. If it doesn't make sense to you, ask for clarification and examples. If you don't show people you want to learn and grow, you'll just see people leaving your life.

... sorry to hear.. she’s probably insecure and has issues
I think some guys can be sensitive. I know one who regularly gets angry at me for the smallest things he thinks im disrespecting him.
So yeah i mean at some point you can't be living for everyones feelings. Some people are just being a bit too sensitive
