Why do guys think I'm rude for not doing something I'm uncomfortable with?

Whenever a guy tells me to do something I always say, "sorry i don't feel comfortable in doing that" or "sorry I'm too shy to do that" or simply I just ignore them to show I'm not interested in doing that. Or when I respond hours because I am busy. Am I the rude one? I just want to understand if I'm the problem or not. Please don't feel attacked..

Personally If someone gotta force you to do something it’s a sign it’s a no no and they should gone from your life no matter what that thing is !! put yourself first !! if your uncomfortable listen to your feelings so you don’t become a people’s mat
