Because she has gotten attached to you. Her emotions are now invested into you. She fears losing you and may fear that you are no where near as serious about her as she is about you. She is hinting at this by letting you know her feelings towards you. If you do not feel the same way please let this girl go. Do not get her further attached by being selfish and having sex with her and leading her on. You do not want her to be in a poor mental state because of you after you leave. Be cautious of her feelings.
