Trending & News Asker, even if you don't trust HR, you still need to report it because it needs to be documented. Any legal matters at that point would be left on them and they can be in serious trouble.
1. First, in what way, shape, or form is the person sexually harassed you? It is verbal, physical, implications, or digital? Did they make a threat? Did it go against company policy? That is very important before you make that step. Identify the people harassing you. Let them know what their doing is harassment and you will not tolerate it further. If you fear for your life, get to safety and call 911.
2. Tell others who are outside of work what is happening so they are aware of why you are having problems. NEVER tell others in the workplace, especially if you don't know them well in case they may turn on you out of fear of being involved.
3. If you fear for your ability to safety, make an appointment with HR and tell them you want to make a complaint and have it on record. If they REFUSE to do so, get it in writing, the name of the person, their position, whatever that they can give you. They cannot suppress you for filing, it's more likely illegal for them to do so.
4. Do research on your work policies about harassment. Look up your rights with the department of labor. If your HR is abusing the system, you have the right to report it to the county and somebody would have to investigate not only the company but the people in charge.
5. Understand that the most they may do is suspension, reprimanding, or a warning. They may find ways to separate you two or call a meeting to see if there is a misunderstanding for their sakes. Remember that while the safety of the employees is important, companies don't want a lawsuit. They especially would want to know what is your involvement with each other.
6. If all else fails to stop him from doing anything, or HR does zip. START looking for another job, still report the company, and if you must, GET A LAWYER.
A different take on another user's answer. Next time DO EXTENSIVE RESEARCH on the business and company who you want to work for. Read reviews and ask current employees if able about their experiences there. If you get more negative than positive, it's best to move on. You may come to find out that you're not the only person who is being sexually harassed and it can lead to legal ramifications on the company.. Make sure there is evidence of harassment, or else it is just best to resign from them. You owe a company nothing if they refuse to ensure your safety and chastise those who refuse to respect boundaries.
You should have an anonymous line you can call at work.
You can shame the ones sexually harassing you on Google reviews but I don't know if Google is allowed to post it, also you could make a fake Facebook account and make a complaint on there, post the names of the guys or girls involved, Just say people beware working for B&B Incorporated cause there is guys or girls working there will sexually harass you and my opinion make the Facebook a Male account?
Thanks For MHO :)
I would suggest making an appointment with a labor relations attorney.

Post a Google review online when you search for your company & in your comments write that you are being sexually harassed & name the joker that’s doing it.
What will that do? Also there's many guys. Do i name all?
For starters some one in the company will read it & being that it went public where customers can read it your company will be forced to address it internally. How many guys are sexually harassing you?
Be CAREFUL with this. if she has no physical prove this is happening, and its others against her word she may be the one getting fired. Asker, seek a lawyer and go to the department of labor to know your rights. You don't want the company or even these men wanting to sue you for defamation. That is very serious.
I work retail. I cannot go get a lawyer
Asker, they may be programs and services who can help you get a free consultation of help you connect with people who often free legal services within the system who if there is a case and it goes to court, any settlement will be charged as a service fee to pay for the costs AFTER you win the case. They do have it, but you have to do your research. Maybe have another question for those who are lawyers on here who can maybe direct you on where to go. Make sure you tell them what is happening. Everybody else is telling you things that can seriously get you into serious trouble.
One thing other companies want is to hire somebody who does that. Do it clean, and only go that route when there is literally no help. Because they can easily have you blacklisted from getting hired by other employers. That is why I said get a lawyer and or look up the department of labor about complaints and filing. They do have those resources there. If you live in the US, look up your state labor department, scan and see where it's for a certain sector because it may be different for each career field (law, hospitality, education, edu), click on it and see what they have available, or take a day off to schedule an appointment at your nearest county.
Talk to the Manager of your company if not go to corporate office and file a complaint
If HR doesn't work you just sue them and get money so not a valid excuse.
