How can I beat him at his own game?

This guy has been playing me for a while- I chased him and ended up humiliated and embarrassed. Still, he thinks he can fool me just because it's casual and we're fucking with no strings attached. He underestimated me and insulted my intelligence by fabricating the truth and pretending that he wanted something more from me when in reality, he was trying to manipulate me to stay as his backup option. Lately, tables were turned and after ignoring him for a while, he came seeking attention and validation. I have been genuinely kind and understanding as he presented himself as a person with many complexities. Don't care about saving face or dignity just want to have my fun with him and beat him at his own game. Any ideas on how to play him? In my defense, I am respecting every single individual and have manners but he saw it as a weakness and tried to exploit me. I want to revenge him but not cause pain or harm anybody. Just to give him a taste of his own medicine.

when he kisses up to you the most, ignore him. It'll crush him utterly. Then, say "no hard feelings, I just don't care about you." then if he gets mad at you ignore him or apologize and then explain why or just move on. He shouldn't make you waste your time
