How can I beat a player at his own game?

There this guy who just happened to be a player. He made me feel so good about myself and it continued when he started flirting with me, ALOT! i thought of him as just a friend so i flirted back but in a friendly manner, then he thought it was time to ask me out which i said yes to and later cancelled. Later on he confessed he liked me and i didn't know wht to do because i had this thought that he was a player so i found something to brush it off..4 months later... i tell my friend about him and he said he knows the guy but started acting strangely after i told him that the guy liked me. He went offline for a while and told me that the guy was a huge player and was just using me which led me to heart break, i guess i had something for him. But now i really dont feel like talking to him but he doesn't know i know about his "game". I want to know a way that i can get him back for wnat he did to me basically beat him at his own game.. thing is i dont know how to do it. Help?

Cut off all contact. For guys, no contact whatsoever is worse than sending that "Leave me alone" text.

If you do end up having to talk to him again, don't nag him. Just keep it short, simple, airy breezy, and leave.

Aside from the making sure your appearance is on point so he can see what he's missing, you can also achieve this by making sure your filling your life with events/activities that make you happy, and have fun. Show him that your life doesn't revolve around him. Most people are attracted to happiness and success.

Get back into dating. Don't do it obviously to make him jealous; but do it because it makes you happy.

Remember, cutting him off is more effective than nagging him to his face.

Yup, that's what worked on me with college girls😕I'd try to ignore a cute face, play it smooth. Can't. By the count of 3, I'm 😲😲😲😲jaw hung down... they'd just look at me with a total poker face, and I'd be standing there😟😟😟 frustrated asf, unable to do anything.

If you feel like being cruel, play along. Make him love you. And when he's at his high, strike him down. But you might risk catching feelings and fall for him instead.

If you feel being merciful, don't play his game. Text him less and less everyday, don't start conversations, kill the mood etc.

I've done the first option before. They don't learn but it sure was fun seeing him cry his eyes out. I have no tolerance for fuckboys or players. If they attempt to play with my feelings, they're going to regret it.

I was 1 starting out at college. What works on em? Well, I always just tried to ignore girls looks in college, to feed my ego. But I'd be face to face against 1 cute face after another, try to ignore it so I could play it off... but by the count of 3 my mouth always dropped open all the way down, cuz I can't. I'd be all uhhh?😲😲😲😲and they would just look at me... totally straight face. I couldn't do anything. It ripped my ego, so I gave up.😕

You could try flirting with him, and if he asks you out again, give him the "I see you as a friend" speech but continue flirting

If he's a player then you need to become the coach, by taking control of the situation. Act indifferent towards him then slowly cut contact leaving him wondering why.
