What if I don't want to play her games?

This girl I work with, I've liked for awhile. Recently she started talking to me more than normal. Stuff like we should go to the movies, we should hang out sometime, stuff like that. The past 2 weeks, however, every time I ask her if she wants to hang out, she has an excuse not to. I know she is just playing games, I've even heard it from other people, but I don't want to play games, I just want to tell her how I feel. How do I do that if I can't seem to get some one on one time with her? She said that she really does want to hang out, it's just been bad timing so I don't know what to make of that, if it's sincere or what.

don't you just hate mind games girls pull off. if you hate it, you gotta look at yourself and say you won't put up with it.

this is this misguided notion in female culture that if the girls worth it, he's not suppose to give up. I think that is a load of c*ap. I think its so disrespectful to do this to guys from girls.

i think chances are the girls not gonna to change her behavior if the notion ingrained into her psyche. I think this may be an american thing , there is this movement that the american female culture is really harsh on men and advocate dating non-american women because they are not like this.

so dating outside american women may help and/or don't hang up over one girls, dating multiple girls so you have options, its the same as mutual funds, diversification equals more safety.

she might want to but gets nervous thinking about you two hanging out alone. maybe suggest a group hang out first? and when she's more comfortable being around you then go out alone

That's the thing, I have. I live with a gay couple, and we always hang out together. I know she doesn't have anything against them, but I kinda thought the same thing. One night I tried to get her to come over with her friends, but this one girl my roomates had over completely screwed that up cause she was drunk and tryin to fight everyone, So I just told her it would be best if they didn't show up. She seems less interested now, is she just playin games still or what?

i don't know about her, but if I liked a guy I would keep in contact with him and talk to him whenever he was around. I wouldn't ignore him or anything

She did, for about a week. Until I started trying to hang out with her. I really like her and I'm about to where I'm just going to tell her how I feel, no matter how awkward it makes things.

I know she's playing games, but I can't help but play too. I would not hesitate to take a bullet for this girl, but I don't want to make her uncomfortable. I'm so used to being content with hanging around women and having no emotions towards them. I had an idea though... I'm a musician, so I think I will play her a song. "I can't help falling in love with you" describes perfectly, word for word, how I feel...
