How to know if a girl has crush on you?

I have been told by my friends that I look smart and if they used to look like me they would have a bunch of girls around them... but I never found any girl crushing over me... although even my ex girlfriend used to tell me that girls do like u... but how come i never noticed a single girl who likes me... i am a shy guy who doesn't really interact with many people... is it the reason?

Maybe you are too young to know, and "read" the signals! Today, I ordered a pizza, and when I went to pick it up, they were way behind. The cutest little brunette, just smiled, and apologized, saying they had a lot of orders.
During the 15 minute wait, she looked at me, several times, and smiled, then blushed. She came over, at one point, and said my pizza was coming soon, and I kind of just flirted with her, and she blushed!
I said that she was doing a great job, and I didn't mind waiting, and kind of liked her smile.
She casually just touched my arm, and said that I reminded her of her father, and I look so much like him! LOL!! (He lives in Michigan, and she hadn't seen him in almost 2 years, because of COVID!) Yeah, she was probably young enough to be my daughter, if I ever had one!!
She brought me my pizza, and I just smiled, and told her to call her dad, tonight! Just because!!
As I get a bit older, younger women just seem to like me a lot more, and they "flirt" as best they know, at their age, and maybe feel something, and I don't share that, but I'm not going to trash on their feelings!!
I'm just AMAZED, that I am somehow, now, in that place, having young women liking me, for my "Wisdom" of just being some semblance or memory of their father, or what they wanted their father to be!

There are literally girls out there who only get attracted to guys way older than them. They tend to see guys as young as them to be immature with no experience which is why they seek out for much older. On the other hand it may be just a phase, well mine was a phase but now im good as gone.

I tell you I've once fallen head over hills for a 44 year old guy and mom is barely even 40. Well at that time i wouldn't care what anybody told me about him and i don't think any other girl would care when she's in love

@tupacs_only_wife Yeah, I understand, and know! When I was in college, I worked as a janitor, nights, and the offices I cleaned were lawyer offices.
I had several wonderful experiences with more "mature" women, both in their office, and some rather nice 'dates' on the weekends, when their husbands were away. . .

well, it depends from girl to girl. some might get flustered around you and start talking less when you're around OR some might talk more loudly and laugh more to get your attention. some will try their best to strike up a conversation with you while some will try to ignore u. some might come off as slightly rude while some will bend to ur every command (that sounds weird but anyways)

sometimes you might feel her staring at you quite often (you know, when u r just chilling and u feel like someone's staring at you? mindlessly look around to see who it is)

u can even till by the external factors. like do her friends giggle and joke more when you're around? do her friends give u slight looks (not the aggressive ones lol) they might look at u, then look at her and smile/poke her or something.
orr do her friends try to get u and her together? (like in some school project groups or something)

but that is only possible if she has told her friends.

anyways, you're a shy guy, im shy too--- but im observant and act like i have no idea what's going on around me. due to this, i know who has a crush on me before any of my friends lol. it's easy to tell if a guy has a crush on u or not (well, at least guys in my school bahaha)

you're most probably the opposite of me, so yk, pay more attention to ur environment while looking like u r in ur own world. make everyone feel comfortable spewing their secrets when you're around. make them think you never pay attention to ur surroundings.

Most girls tend to be so shy around guys they are attracted to and in order to avoid you noticing that she likes you she may act like a tom boy around you or like your best friend hoping that you'll get to notice her or she'll keep you close enough to have time to ask you out.
