How do I know if the girl I'm interested in has a crush on me?

I've been friends with girl for a very long time... All of our friends think we are in love but we aren't... But recently I've noticed myself having extra feelings for her... I think she feels the same too.. But sometimes I feel the opposite... So I'm looking for ways to find out if she is interested in me too..
(Yes asking her is not in the option. If you have a better idea.. please be free to share your opinion)

Just invite her to have lunch with you. . . not too threatening. If that goes well, invite her to have dinner with you. If that goes well, ask her for another date and her baheavior has told you what you need to know.

Just tell her how you feel about her. If she doesn't feel the same way then move on and continue being friends. If they were a true friend they wouldn't ditch you after hearing how you really feel.

Also signs she likes you: She asks lots of questions about yourself. Makes time to see you/talk to you. She laughs a lot around you. She feels comfortable around you. She talks about you all the time.
