But envy, not jealousy (as many others have said.)

Here's some good definitions:

Envy means discontented longing for someone else's advantages.
Jealousy means unpleasant suspicion, or apprehension of rivalship.
Envy is most often used to refer to a covetous feeling toward another person's attributes, possessions, or stature in life.

Envy is when you want what someone else has, but jealousy is when you're worried someone's trying to take what you have. You can feel envy about something you don't have but want, but you feel jealousy over something you already have but are afraid of losing

I hate to admit this, but yes. Whenever I see girls who are really really pretty I'd think: "she is pretty, wish i was half as pretty as her" There are really pretty girls in my school, the "conventionally attractive" girls who know how to wear makeup or even without makeup they look really pretty. I, on the other hand, don't know how to use makeup and once I tried doing it and ended up looking like a ghost. Like, I'd love to learn, but makeup accentuates our features and I'd love to be pretty like them even without makeup.

Oh absolutely. And I have no shame in admitting it, or saying when another woman looks better than I do.

If I'm out, and I see a woman at the gym, store, work, etc... that looks good, I think to myself, "Why can't I have a body like that?" Or look that good...

It's human nature to envy those that look better than we do, even if we don't want to admit it.

Yes, but not because I hate them, or have something personal against them.
I just it find a bit unfair how the system works and the fact that some people are treated better than others because of their looks, sometimes without actually deserving it, whereas some other people are discriminated against.

I know I shouldn’t, but I do- and that’s just another insecurity to add to the list lol, but it’s nothing something I tend to dwell on, some people are pretty, others are not that’s just how it is and there’s no point dwelling on things you can never change.

I know four girls that are very beautiful. They are my best friends in the world. They all look very different, and I can't compare their beauty to each other. I've been called an angel by all of them (referring to my appearance), and I know that they are sincere. Because those beautiful girls told me that, I don't feel envious.

No I don't envy the other girls. Everyone is beautiful in their own way. The onnnnlllllyyyy thing that may bother me would be the girls that are wearing 10thousand pounds of makeup on which gives some men that that's the epitome of beauty and then us natural faced girls seem too "plain" for them to even look at or consider.

I don't have it within me to be greedy, which by extent means that I cannot feel envy. Being envy or jealous means that you want something more that you cannot have. I don't understand those things and I cannot identify such things within me.

I can recognize anger and pride though.
Anger and pride are my sins.

But the answer to your question is no, I cannot envy girls prettier than me. I am not wired that way.

Not at all. I know there will always be prettier girls but I know I'm attractive myself and probably be better at certain things then them. Eg a sport, subject exam etc. It's only if a guy I liked they talked to a lot where my biological nature would say 'uh oh, get her away from him' that's all

Having someone be prettier than you is subjective. However yeah I do envy those who are most likely more pretty than me like some models but not everyone will think they’re prettier than me and I guess that’s what helps me hate myself less :)
Also ugly girls do exist but it’s a matter of opinion haha

I envy confident pretty women because I myself lack confidence. When I look at them, I wonder what it’s like to not worry about your looks. Although confidence is more about accepting who you are, sometimes it gets hard to not compare yourself.
