First of all men aren't superior to anyone it's just that through ages more men have involved in doing hard and neglected work which women wouldn't do at any cost.

It easier to say equality and stuff but are they really ok with putting sane effort as men?

Let's consider I am a worker and my job is to transfer 10bags of cement by bearing it on my back and I can take a 30 kg bag at a time bcos my body allows me but you cannot do the same you carry 20kgs.

But you ask for equal pay bc it's same job but what about the efficiency and effort? Most overlook it and want it to be modified aa per there capability in realistic world thats not possible
