War, all out war. Dudes would be killing eachother for no reason. Probably a bunch of the weaker ones would become gay... Either by choice or force. People would probably just stop showing up to work.

Well genetic diversity would plummet that's for certain which would make the human race much sickler. But my guess the only breeding female in existence would give the country she called home very influential as she would choose the immediate course of humanity. But when you consider she couldn't repopulate the earth herself would be a problem. Science would go into overdrive expanding what we already know about test tube babies.

Who knows, the fact that this happen would halt natural breeding completely my actually end the future of natural breeding altogether.

This is an interesting question my man. You could go a lot of places with a lot of scenarios from this. Would countries go to war over rights to the only breeding female on earth?

No that happens in real life with countless species, its called being "functionally extinct" when the species still exists but is unable to produce healthy offspring that can breed.

If there was only one woman, then further generations would all be inbred, and it would lead to human extinction.

Thats how it started. Millions of years ago world's population was like 1000 people or even less and it was increasing since then.

Shorthand version is there used to be a lot of human species and sub species, and many interbred, which expanded the gene pool.

The only known notable bottleneck was during the mount toba supervolcano eruption, but that was not millions of years ago, it was about 70,000 years ago, and human genetics were much more resilient at the time, and there is not sufficient evidence to prove it actually reduced the population as much as people claim it did (and plenty to refute it) and there were still a roughly equal amount of men and women afterwards either way.

You are takking about tryong to restart a species with ONE female. Humans have never had to do that, and we lack the genetic durability to do so.
