This woman pulled a gun on him for sex, was he right to have sex anyway?

This guy in his 30’s was messing with this 63 year old woman but he had a woman at home. Yesterday she pulled a gun on him after she walked over to his house. He continuously told her he didn’t want her. She blew up his phone. He cursed her out. He stopped talking to her and she walked to his house again. He has moved twice to get away from her. Yesterday I was with him and she begged him to come over saying she had something for him. She begged him to just come in the driveway so they can talk and afterwards they will be done. Once in the driveway she asked him to come into the house. He entered the house and he said once they got in the bedroom she locked the door. Then pulled a gun on him asking” why you playing with my feelings like this”? “ “you know I love you and I want you to love me back”. This woman is married to someone else and has had sex with more than 30 men. He said he went ahead and had sex with her and stayed until 8 the next day. This woman has continuously threatened him by giving him ultimatums if he doesn’t abide by his rules. She will say things such as “ if you don’t come by I will get mad, you don’t want me to get mad do you”? She continuously question him about his whereabouts. She always threatening him and calling him out his name for control. She walked around his house drunk yesterday and I rode with him to drop her off. He cussed her out and proceeded to say leave me alone. They barely know each other and yes he notified the police of her previous actions in case something happened to him, but the gun incident just happened yesterday night. The police drove by her walking to his place. He’s also an active gang member and saying she keeps trying to set him up
