My girlfriend recently started Birth control to regulate her period but it has really been affecting her mood what can I do to help comfort her?

Run her stomach when it’s hurting. I swear I’m on birth control and my stomach KILLS sometimes. Even maybe spoil her with her favorite food here and there, but also being patient with her mood swings will help a whole ton

Just be patient but don’t let her go overboard as well. Some pills makes you more moody than others so she needs to also explore which one works best for her. You’re so sweet already for being supportive and not dismissive!
