Players as in manipulating guys for sex. Hiding their true intentions until they have them in bed. Act a certain way and express a certain body language to attract the guy they want. Talk with their friends like "See him? I will have before the end of the night". See us as prey.

Learning the honest intentions of someone and telling that someone what they want to hear in order to get something out of it is a form of manipulative behavior. If what the manipulator wants is sex or a form of physical release it can happen to anyone any gender.
I would guess sex is used more of a manipulation device rather than a goal when it comes to women doing it to men however I’ve seen women talk about their future and relationships with the guy they friend zone just so they have someone when they are bored. Empty promises and broken hearts are not gender exclusive

In a sense. They're called sluts. But generally, no. They don't have to "play the game." Any woman higher than a 3 out of 10 can get a man, at any given time. (Just not the perfect man they want and wish for.) What "game" do they need to even play?

And women manipulating guys and hiding their true intentions and emotions is like the default for women. (I'm not even trying to sound sexist; it just is the truth.) Women fear honesty and fear looking bad in public, so they are always going to be "acting," to some extent.
