Girl makes no sense when she talks to me?

When she talks to me sometimes she says things that don’t make sense. She also comes to me and starts taking about random things or asks random questions about things we have never talked about. Or she sometimes asks questions we both know the answer to. I don’t know if she is doing it because she wants to talk to me but doesn’t know what to say or what?
