She might me losing interest. She might be struggling with another aspect of her life. Instead of asking her "is everything ok" Explain to her that you see her behavior has changed and you feel she is being distant and replying late in the evening. What has caused these changes? If she still doesn't want to open up, them I suggest you give her space and pull away as well.
She could be watching these toxic dating coaches on YouTube telling women to act cold towards a guy to keep them interested. That, or she’s straight up emotionally invested in someone else and/or cheating on you
Grab her, kiss her. Get her some margaritas and weed and then give her a back rub and take her to bed. Don’t give her any rest the whole night.
