Do you think women physically judge men harshly?

As someone who's short and ugly, I strongly believe women judge men' physical appearances very harshly. While men may be more "physical creatures" than women, they also tend to not be too picky on looks and have more variety on what they like (short or tall women, skinny or thick, flat or busty, light or dark, blonde or brunette, etc.) While most women around the world seem to want the same exact archetype of man: tall, athletic, handsome, and ego brimming out the ass. Short men get NO love, and even the 4% of women open to same-height or shorter men would still rather have a tall man (6' and over) than a short one, if all else were equal.

The only thing women seem more open minded about is weight; more women are open to overweight guys (as long as they're "slightly chubby"/"dad bods" and not legitimately fat).

What do you think? I'm guessing this question will have a huge gender bias gap.

First, women have to put hours of work to look good. While you figure out what clothes, how to style for your shape of body, then you realise something looks not that put together, you're afraid not to leave wrong or cheap impression with other women or regular people, then also balance something in if you want to look romantic for a date, million hair products, takes forever to style it, million rules of diet if you want to look like that girl on picture, exercises too, if you truly want to look like that girl and actually dare to eat more than once a day (otherwise she might be thin but will have no energy and how can then she go to beach anyway? No way you can swim if you haven't eaten anything whole day!).
Fake data from apps doesn't matter for those are just apps. Therefore they don't reflect real life. When in privacy of their home and online, everyone acts a little different than irl. Seems men seem a bit more lonely and with attitude "whatever will pass" and maybe girls feel a bit more dreamy in some quiet hour of night. So what?
Also I don't understand this obsession of people with short men this and that whatever. I never thought it's such a problem, just look presentable with clothes and normal, groomed. I all the time see couples same in height no matter how different both tall or both short etc nothing unusual.
Also it's very strange to read from an adult person to say about himself "ugly", that has no self respect.
Have more self respect and others will automatically feel that vibe and have more respect and maybe even liking towards you.

I personally only date men my height or taller, it's just what's physically more attractive to me, but I've known women who have and will date a short guy.

@PralineCream yes but there are also shorter girls, they can choose shorter, I see that around. Where I live tall guys don't like short girls and short girls feel intimidated by tall guys. I don't know only America has some upside down non logical complexes. Like where form a right to a tiny girl to demand super tall guy? Or vice versa, ofc.

I think what you're saying is possible, but tiny girls can date tall men if they like as well. Just because of their size they shouldn't date short men if they don't want to. Anyways short women who date short guys are out there, what I've found is also a turn off is that short men are often very insecure about their height and won't shut up about it when you first meet them and will practically beg to be given a chance. I've dated men my height and they might have made one off hand comment about how women often like taller men, but the difference is also that they didn't bring it up from the start and when they brought it up later they shut up about it once I said I still liked them.

@PralineCream lol here guys will NEVER talk about any insecurity to whom they date. That's reserved for maybe sister or friends. Later in life if they are stable couple, they are each other's support. But indeed, I don't see logic in that sense, if you have luck, take luck and don't ruin your chances, have poise.

@sunshineglow i get where you are coming from and that is how it should be here. Although at the same time if a short girl and tall guy like each other that's also fine or the reverse. But I think because we live in a victimhood society in the USA. You get more clout the more victimhood you have. This is likely due to feminism promoting it among women so much. It's an appeal to emotions. Also your's is an ethnic nation while the USA is all over the place as a melting pot. I feel like the chances for these opportunities between people of different sizes is naturally going to be much less likely based on availability. that said I have read a lot of women ARE intimidated by tall guys.

Both men and women judge the other really harshly about equally the same amount of shallowness between the two genders.

Us men usually picture our women to be either curvy, thin with big boobs and big ass. We also physically judge women based on their reproduction cycle.

While women usually picture is men as these shining white knight who comes to rescue them and give them a much better life. Also most women tend to judge men on our financial wealth.

So I say both guys and girls are be equally shallow but realistically in two entire different ways.

Of course they do. No pc bullshit answers coming from me. Women do judge men harsher. There's a saying "Men look at a women looking for reasons they date a girl" "Women look at men looking for reasons they wouldn't date him" in a way i feel its saying that men can look past the flaws more to see the good things about a women while women are looking for the flaws to reject a man

Thing is we are not all required to look like a bodybuilder to be attractive, but all of them need to be thin to be attractive.

Fitness models, both men and women, out a lot of effort into their bodies. Don't think that it's just don't eat sugar and they are set. No, they have to put a lot of work too and it doesn't show in a year or two.

The graph that you showed is from dating apps. You know that place full of desperate and not so good looking guys for the most part. Don't take data coming from there seriously. It's just a swipe there. It a lot different from real world interactions where even your body language is a factor. Lastly, let's not pretend that society doesn't tell women that their value lies in their beauty much more than it tells men. So women naturally put more effort into their appearance than we do. So of course, based on looks alone, more men will be under average.
