Why are women intimidated by a mans looks?

I know I’m attractive because of what I attract but this particular woman I believe is judging me. She gets nervous around me, she never smiles and she looks at me like I’m a ghost. I try to be nice as much as possible can. I really haven’t had a woman act like she does. She really couldn’t even look me in the eye until I asked her something about work

That’s happened to me before. Some people are more nervous than others. Ironically once she gets to know you she may open up and talk your ear off.

Nervous girls don’t talk much, they fidget and don’t maintain eye contact. Have had a few admit after we started talking they felt nervous in the beginning.

That’s true. I’ve had nervous girls afraid to talk to me. I’d catch them looking at me at times

The only reason I am answering this is because I can understand what this woman is thinking and I have acted this way before. She is not judging you, she is scared you are judging her because she thinks you are perfect (based on your attractiveness). That's basically it, it explain why she acts like this (the way she sees a ghost, never smiles).
I did this to a guy in my lab, it's subconscious, don't take it personally just move on because you can't really change this. It is what it is.

I forgot to mention, she's attracted to you, doesn't want you to notice and doesn't want others to notice. She doesn't know how to act around you. She is scared she's going to give into you hence why she avoids eye contact and doesn't talk much.

Does me having dark skin and her being Mexican play a factor of her not liking me?

I wanna talk to her like a normal person, and yes she definitely talks but around me she’s afraid

People's race should ever be an issue but could be possible in this situation.
Give it some time, she may come around. Don't force it to happen quickly it may take some time but keep being nice, don't judge her, hopefully she will see the good side of you.

In my case, this guy was intimidating by his attractive looks but also his behaviour because he was judgmental. So, don't be judgmental, be approachable and friendly and she'll come around :)
