I'm in love with this girl for some time now, and recently we reconnectedd and have been talking daily, my question is, she commented multiple times that she's always the one searching for me and that I don't invite her to hangout, does she like me more than friends?

Yeah I guess, but since last week she said to me she was going to ask me for a ice cream but didn't, i think this week maybe I should ask her, I'm a bit insecure to ask that directly

Well, maybe the next time you see her, just ask her “hey, so when am I going to get that invitation to get some ice cream with you? I’ve’ been looking forward to it ever since you asked! I’ve even been getting in some extra exercise, so I can really enjoy myself with you without worrying about it going straight to my hips” (then giggle a little b/c you just made a joke that women will understand !). This way you let her know that you really ARE interested in going out with her! You see you may not realize this but if women say what she did, but the guy doesn’t seem all that excited, we likely won’t ask again. Because we don’t want to get rejected either. What i wrote above lets her know in a safe non-threatening way that you really are interested in her… it also shows her that you have a sense of humor!

She suggested a ice cream date and i invited her this week, it was a pleasant night, but i got nervous and didn't do anything, not even a forehead kiss on the goodbye, now i feel she lost the interest after not doing anything many times (and texting every day with her)
I even invited her today and she said she couldn't, i said it was ok, we could go other day, and she said she was tired etc for which I said it's was ok, nothing wrong saying no, and she just liked the message
How can someone lose interest in one day even after sharing so much daily for months? And what can I do?
