Why start put a x on end of your texts or messages to a guy?

Why do girls put x's on the end of texts to guys especially when she didn't before to a specific guy?

Does putting more x's on the end of text mean anything?

Would you start doing it if the guy meant something to you even if was just one x?

I guess it may be different for everyone but for me often one x is just being friendly. Putting xx often is when I am a lot closer to them and then more than that I’m into them or dating them. If the kisses are consistent that can also mean something rather than it being a one off. Hope that kind of helps!

I know that xoxo is hugs and kisses. X means kisses and o means hugs. So she's saying kisses. If I liked a guy that much I would probably do it to show my affection for him

It's pretty common in the UK and can mean next to nothing. Just part of a friendly way to say bye. If they weren't doing it before then started perhaps they are warming up to you, but it still may only be a platonic display of affection. So, you can't really say much for sure. It could mean something, it might not. 🤷‍♀️
