Why do some guys add extra letters to words when texting?

a lot of females donit so we just copy or use it as a way of exaggerated texts like. instead of saying hows it going, say hows it goooiiinnggg guuurrrll, like shiiiieeeet! just adds dynamic to the text

They use less smileys and emoticons because of the difference of brain structure and neurons in both the genders.
