I used to get annoyed by this. Till one day at dollar general, I really needed to use the bathroom. The cashier give me a key 🔑 for the lock. BUT there’s 2 individual bathrooms in the hallway.

While I was using the toilet 🚽, someone (man) was unlocking the door with another extra spear key. I guess the cashier give him. That I yelled out “no no no STOP!”

I was red and frozen with embarrassment. I was trying to compose myself to leave the bathroom casually.

Seriously, do you really want to be subject to a bunch of girl talk that includes but is not limited to what new purses the Coach store just got in, what new eyeliners the Sephora store, the best way to remove dead skin from our feet, period talk (not just blood, but those enormous gooey clots!), getting help unzipping a romper, etc? It's enough to make a guy put a steak knife to his chest and plunge it in. And it gives the guys a chance to talk about sports that we don't care about. What did you think goes on in there?

@PrettyPriya. Yep. For example, when I'm wearing my Halloween costume this Sunday I need help getting the dress unzipped to pee. There's also the unspoken rule that for pay toilets, you need more than one so you only have to spend one coin and hold the door open for the next. Etiquette ;-) I'm sure some guys think we just go wild and crazy with each other in there. But nope, not that exciting lol
