A. My guess is to talk about stuff they don't want men to know... probably to gossip as well.

B. They have to go at the same time? Maybe they're all holding in huge farts or oppressive belches that could clear a whole bar... and need to go together to release all at once, otherwise restaurants and bars would have a terrible stench from women's farts being released everywhere (I think they're like the Slitheen from Doctor Who).

C. Probably to check makeup or hair or make sure they look ok.

D. Caution and protection to make sure no serial killer men are secretly hiding in the stalls.

They do it for mutual protection against potential perverts, rapists and other male freaks or toxic guys that are lurking around the women's washrooms.

There is no other reason than safety because it has happened too many times before that single women would be harassed and/or sexually abused.

It is unfortunate that we are no longer safe and have the need to protect ourselves from predators and being 2 or more girls can give us the assurance that we can defend ourselves against those that attempt to harass us.

When we were younger it was because it was safe or we would talk about people or stuff. Or we would go to fix hair, makeup or would need a friend who had a sanitary item lol. Other times it was just to get out of class and avoid teachers. Now I go to the washroom alone, since I usually am alone lol.
