Is it bad telling a lady how u feel about her?

What should I do if I let Lady know that I like her and afterwards she starts give me attitude?

No and honestly some of females we love it when a guy let us know how he feels/when he opens up. Now if a lady gave you an attitude after that two things: 1) she has feelings but doesn't want to admit it so she suppresses her emotions and just be mean or 2) she really wasn't into ya. But overall some of women love it when a man gives us his heart/feelings. However, if all doesn't go according to plan the best thing to do is move on and find someone else honestly.
