Why are women so mad at this?

Why do you think women are more concerned about the ratio of male to female CEO'S as opposed to the ratio of lower paid dangerous jobs done mostly by men?

This entire wage gap thing has been debunked time and time again by basic economics and common sense - In the case of CEOs - Basically if I work for X company that makes that much money and can provide with such a contract - then my wife works for Y company that makes more money than X and can provide her with a better contract than what X offers - Then my wife is richer than I am regardless of gender - Now looking at CEOs on a grand scale - There are many more men CEOs than women CEOs in the first - And the ones that really impact this gap are actually the elite maniac dudes at the very top of the ladder working for the very best companies - So the whining about that is completely wrong and that has been proven by quick maths - The other part is not something I'd expect them to do but it ain't their problem - They should just stop the whining on the other side

Yeah. Most people don’t complain when they don’t have something they don’t want. For example, I’m not complaining about not having a non-transferable lifetime supply of free tampons, because I don’t WANT a lifetime supply of free tampons.

Common sense.

Nobody wants to do dangerous work, men included. More people want to be the boss than not. It isn't a gender issue to want to make more money and have a comfortable job.

Now, if you are talking about on a feminism level, then yeah. I'm all about women getting opportunities in both the dangerous levels as well as ceo. Doesn't mean that women have to do those roles, it just means they don't get eliminated from doing them just because they are women.
