Was snappchatting this girl she opened my snap 2days ago now and it still stuck at *opened 1 day ago* why this is happening?

Because it probably was 2 day ago, snapchat is just measuring the time differently than you are in your mind. Regardless, if I were you I’d be more put out with being left on read than I would with when it happened.

You may have to go in and uninstall the App then reinstall it again also might want clear Cache / Storage that could do it
