I don't play fight so I am not sure. A few weeks ago while sparing in the gym I guillotine choked a purple belt unconscious because he wouldn't stop slamming me into the mat when he would go for a take down and I told him to stop that ( in sparing you typically only hit as hard as you are willing to get hit) and I was taking it easy on him since I am a black belt. in reality for most women running away from a man is the better option. some training can overcome the physical differences between men and women. but most women do not have even basic training and so telling you how to prefom a defensive move online would likely put you into more danger than it would help you. since you don't have the skill of repetition to actually preform it or even know when to. but when all else fail kick them in the balls.

Learn how to maintain your balance and use your entire bodyweight to punch, push or whatever.
Once you’re familiar with the way balance works, it’s just a matter of causing them to lose their balance while maintaining your own. Gravity takes care of most of the work.
Men look at you like a scared puppy when you take them down without moving more than 3ft.I'm pretty sure the options are not the same if you talk about play fighting or real fight where you have to defend yourself with everything you can. You should keep that in mind, otherwise the guy may not enjoy the play fight
Kneeing in the balls. Though, that peobab only goes for serious fights, unless he would be ok with it in a play fight. Other than that, trying using his center kf gravity against him
