Girls, what’s the best self defence techniques to use on a guy?

If I was being attacked or rapped I wouldn’t mind fighting dirty what would be the best thing to do?

Let me start with both the fact that I'm a Black Belt in Taekwondo and teach women's self defense.

A guy grabbed me once while I was out running and it's likely he intended to rape me.

I was able to spin around and give him a knee to the nuts. I also gave him a couple of straight finger pokes to the area under his chin. That had him bent over and in pain.
Once he was bent over, I kicked him in the head and he went down. Once he was
down, I did a couple of knee drops both over his balls and into his stomach.

I suspect he'll think twice before he attacks another woman !!!

I was pissed off... and at the same time, I wanted to be absolutely certain that he wouldn't get back up while I left him laying in pain !!

True well after repeatedly kneeing his balls I don’t think he was getting back up lol

Here’s a list: Kick him in the nads, get sharp nails and shove them into his eyes. Use keys, aim for the neck, scratch and kick AS MUCH AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN TO LEAVE EVIDENCE.


The last one will especially help if you decide to go to the police.
