Wondering if coworker is interested?

There's a coworker that seems to flirt. We text throughout the day at work, so get a vibe she might like me or at least be cool with me. We work in an office, a couple times at the end of the workday there were four of us left including the girl in question. When she finds out the other two are leaving she leaves with them, seemingly not wanting to be alone with me. Should I see this as a sign she's not interested in me?

She isn't showing signs of romantic interest unfortunately, well not from the information you shared.

I had one female colleague who messaged me throughout the day at work, she would sometimes WhatsApp me outside of work (I'd never initiate messages) and was always suggesting meeting for coffee or drinks etc or invited me over for dinner/drinks. I'm not even sure she was interested in me romantically, but she did seem to be keen to hang out.

It sounds like she just considers you her work friend, but not anything outside of that. I say this because I’ve experienced it many times, you’ll be talking to your work friend all throughout the day like old friends, maybe even flirting because it’s easier to get away with that at work but it’s just for fun. Then when the shifts over they leave as if you’re a stranger.
